STAMP is program. The initials stand for Street Art Melting Pot and that pretty much says it all. The STAMP Festival is the melting pot for street arts in the North. More than 2,000 artists from all over the world offer street art at the highest level at eleven venues. 200,000 enthusiastic visitors can look forward to an opening performance, an extraordinary interplay of parades, street artists, hip hop and urban art from all over the world. The focus is on different varieties of hip hop and a range of street art objects from graffiti to stancil to installation.
The special atmosphere of STAMP comes about through the extraordinary interaction of parade groups, street artists from all over the world, hip hop and urban art. The performances are framed by the World Market, where traders and artisans offer their art objects, clever merchandise and curiosities from all over the world. In the Gastro Plaza, various restaurants and mobile restaurateurs with international food and drinks, seating and lounge areas invite you to linger and watch the festival events.
